    Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and low rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.

    Lunchtime Zumba has recently been added to our list of available classes. This is a great class for the person that wants to get in a quick workout during their lunch break and still have time to get back to the office! Stay as long as you want, leave when you need to!
