    Firecracker 5K Cross Country Race will take place on July 4th @ Four Oaks Golf Course @ 7:30AM

    Divisions for Men and Women as follows:
    14 yrs & Under
    15 to 19 yrs.
    20 to 29 yrs.
    30 to 39 yrs.
    40 to 49 yrs.
    50 to 59 yrs.
    60 yrs. & Over.

    Fees: $15.00 prior to race day | $18.00 on day of race.

    A FREE T-Shirt will be given to the first 50 participants to register!

    Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise derived from the martial arts and is a total workout for your mind and body. Tai Chi is a combination of slow controlled, continuous movements combined with breathing and mental focus. This exercise is designed for those of all ages and all abilities.Tai Chi has been known to be beneficial for everyone, not just the healthy and able bodied but especially for those that have various health conditions and disabilities as well.

    Our Tai Chi class is taught by the newly certified Betsy Gordon.
